Are you passionate about our mission and LGBTQ+ Equality in Massachusetts and ready to share that with others?

Hosting a house party a valuable way for Mass Equality's supporters to introduce our mission to others and help us raise funds necessary to carry out our work. The goal  is that you’ll help us recruit some new advocates to our mission and raise some funds along the way.

Shape your party in a way that’s fun for you and your guests- maybe you have a talent you’d like to share with your friends or you just want a way to share your passion with others.

Here are some ideas:

  • Wine and cheese party
  • Book discussion
  • Casual potluck
  • Dessert tasting or ice cream social
  • Karaoke party
  • Pool party
  • Garden party
  • Arts and Crafts night
  • Game night

Here’s how it works:

  • Contact the Mass Equality with some possible dates for your party
  • We’ll help you create an invitation and unique fundraising link that you can email to your guests
  • We will  set up a private event for your party where you can send your invited guests to make a donation and join in the fun.
  • We’ll send a representative from the Mass Equality to your gathering to provide information about the challenges that we're facing in Massachusetts, the work that we're doing, and answer any questions.

Your donation of drinks and refreshments is an additional gift and we can provide you with an in-kind donation receipt for your efforts.
