ABC’s of LGBTQ+ at South Hadley Public Library

We are presenting the ABC’s of LGBTQ+ at South Hadley Public Library. This program provides an introduction to key terms and concepts related to sexual orientation and gender identity. Learn about diversity, equity, and inclusion as they relate to the LGBTQ+ community in an interactive and easy to follow 90-minute training. The program encourages participants to think about their own identities and experiences as well as the experiences of people with LGBTQ+ identities. Participants will walk away with practical knowledge, including tips for parents on having age-appropriate conversations with their children about LGBTQ+ identities. The ABC’s of LGBTQ+ is open to everyone. There is no expectation of background knowledge.
